Senior Training Manager

Key Responsibilities

 

• Lead Training System & Strategy Planning and Execution: Orchestrate collaboration between HR, business departments and regional teams. Lead the design and iteration of the company’s overall training system and annual training strategy, design training resource allocation workflows, and drive cross-team alignment to ensure seamless rollout of talent development and performance-boosting training initiatives.

 

• Champion Training Efficiency & Effectiveness Optimization: Lead end-to-end reviews of training program performance, including participation rate, completion rate and post-training effect conversion. Identify inefficiencies in training modules and delivery modes, spearhead optimization roadmaps, and mentor junior training team members on data-driven analysis to elevate training ROI and talent development value.

 

• Drive Training Demand & Business Insight Mining: Lead the collection and analysis of training demands across all business lines and employee levels. Build and manage a training demand research workstream, combine business development trends and talent capability gaps to present strategic training recommendations to leadership, and shape proactive talent development and training strategies.

 

• Lead NPD (New Product Development) Training Specialization: Lead the full-cycle planning, development and delivery of NPD-related training systems and curricula. Align with NPD and business teams to identify role-specific training needs for new product launch, build targeted training frameworks, and translate new product attributes, selling points and operational standards into actionable training content to support smooth market rollout of new products.

 

• Own Training Calendar & Resource Governance: Lead updates to the integrated corporate training calendar. Coordinate with HR business partners, department training contacts and external training vendors, set clear training governance standards, and ensure calendar accuracy and resource rational allocation to align all company talent training activities, including the timely scheduling of NPD training programs.

 

• Pioneer Special Training Channel & Mode Development: Lead the development of innovative training channel and commercial cooperation strategies (e.g., online learning platforms, internal trainer teams, external customized training). Collaborate with HR and business leaders, design training delivery and operation plans, and drive execution to unlock diversified talent development paths and optimize training resource utilization; tailor delivery modes for NPD training to match the rhythm of new product development and launch.

 

 

 

 

Requirements

 

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Education, Organizational Behavior or related fields is preferred.

 

• Minimum 7 years of working experience in corporate training, talent development, learning & development or related HR roles. Proven track record of training system building and training effect optimization, FMCG industry experience and NPD (New Product Development) training project experience are highly preferred.

 

• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, able to align training strategies with business development goals and NPD launch objectives; strong analytical and needs diagnosis skills, with outstanding cross-department communication and coordination abilities.

 

• Proactive work attitude, strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to the rapid changes of business and organizational development, with excellent project management and team leadership capabilities, and able to deliver high-quality NPD training in line with new product launch timelines.

 

• Proficient in Excel, PPT and common HR/ training management tools; SQL proficiency is preferred but not mandated; fluent in English (written and oral) for cross-regional/ cross-border training collaboration and NPD related cross-team communication.
