Main Responsibilities: *
1. Lead assigned channel / brands to co-develop the trade marketing strategy, execution tactics with synergy collaboration with marketing partners & channel leaders
2. Lead brand via developing trade-marketing strategy across assigned channel types for total Taiwan AN trade with synergy collaboration with brand team
3. Understand the quantitative and qualitative factors that impact business outcomes; to anticipate future needs and uncover hidden opportunities with solid customer/ shopper insights across channels
4. Demonstrates learning agility in response to evolving business conditions so to maintain a strong talent pipeline through frequent talent analysis, development planning, and coaching
5. Employ strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer and consumer experiences across brands and touch points. Lead demand forecasting activities and leverage strong selling and influencing solutions to stakeholders using effective storytelling, insights-driven presentations
