The test team in Sophia Antipolis is developing test solutions for contactless technologies (NFC) and wireless charging devices and is planned to support new project including Bluetooth Low Energy.
- Define and specify DFT requirements for new IP to achieve performance targets.
- Define test hardware specification (schematics + constraints) according to selected ATE system to ensure full test coverage at minimum test time.
- Support development of production test HW from first Silicon.
- Develop and maintain Validation, Qualification characterization and production test programs of our integrated circuits to make it available per project requirements.
- Drive correlation activities with design- and bench team.
- Release programs to production sites and support volume ramp-up.
- Hands on continuous effort for yield and test time improvement without quality compromises.
- Support / Mentorship of junior test engineers.
- Participate regularly in code peer reviews and design reviews.
- Support the test leader for the planning and execution of projects and resource allocation.
Skills & Experiences:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering.
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in test activities.
- Proven track record on having several products in high volume production.
- Familiar with ATE test equipment, preferred Advantest 93k and/or Teradyne J750/µFlex.
- Very good programming skills (Java, C++).
- Very good analytical skills and autonomy.
- Very good communication skills.
- Structured in your way of working.
- Open to new ideas and have a creative attitude.
- Taking initiative to spot and implement improvements .
- Knowledge on PCB/circuit design (Orcad environment) is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
