We’re looking for a motivated, energetic Senior Test Engineer to join our Systems Team within the Customer Experience division. Our Systems team supports our Xponent Messaging and Voice systems that deliver world-class SMS, MMS, RCS, and Voice on behalf of top retail brands.

This role has the unique opportunity to contribute to help build our foundation by defining and implementing our QA procedures and align with Division standards.
Candidates must have experience working in a professional software development environment. The ideal candidate would have experience in both manual and automated testing, familiarity testing APIs and transactional systems, experience in the messaging or telecom space, and be creative and self-driven.
We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer who will:
Collaborate within a cross-functional team to deliver projects in a highly iterative fashion, working closely with product management, product owners, developers, and other testers
Design and develop comprehensive software test plans aligned with release features, ensuring robust feature and regression coverage
Execute hands-on functional and regression testing, thoroughly documenting test results and findings
Develop and implement dedicated QA testing processes and frameworks to elevate quality assurance standards across the team
Drive automation best practices, increasing the percentage of automated test cases and leading efforts to expand automation coverage
Contribute to the development of documentation for internal and/or external clients as needed
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in a professional SaaS development environment
5+ years of experience working in Agile or SAFe development environments
3+ years of experience developing or testing complex systems built on AWS and/or Azure cloud services
Proven experience developing acceptance criteria for web applications and APIs (REST and SOAP)
Hands-on experience testing messaging and mobile applications across multiple devices (e.g., iPhone, iPad)
Proficiency with automated testing tools and execution of automated tests
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Bruno.
Demonstrated success in leading the implementation of new testing and automation tools and processes
Solid understanding of relational database concepts and proficiency in SQL
Experience working with AI-powered development or testing tools (e.g. Cursor AI)
Strong track record of thriving in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment

Position Pay Range:
This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$78,576.21-$125,721.94This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
