The Senior Technology Solutions Professional acts as a liaison and collaborates with the consumers and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead end-to-end solution delivery, from ideation through requirements gathering, solution design, development oversight, testing, and deployment.
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and educate stakeholders on platform capabilities.
Work independently to solve complex or ambiguous problems, using sound judgment and established procedures.
Track KPIs and success metrics to measure automation impact and inform improvements.
Assess processes to identify opportunities for automation that align with department, segment, and organizational strategies.
Prioritize automation initiatives by evaluating value, feasibility, complexity, and alignment to strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements
Experience managing cybersecurity risk initiatives (e.g., Risk Management; policy, standards, and control management; third party risk management, regulatory compliance, etc.)
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment in complex scenarios
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
PMP or equivalent project management certification
CISM or equivalent cybersecurity certification
Familiarity with cybersecurity maturity models and capability-driven execution frameworks
Proficiency in tools such as Jira Align, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, WorkBoard, and Microsoft Office Suite
