The Technology Solutions Delivery Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale, cloud-based customer solutions, focusing on requirement refinement, functional specification development, production deployment leadership, and ongoing application support.
What you will do
Lead the planning and delivery of cloud-based customer solutions.
Develop large-scale functional specifications that satisfy client requirements.
Lead team members, clients, and other stakeholders in reviewing and refining requirements.
Capture and refine requirements across multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with internal product and engineering teams for solution delivery.
Actively address issues and set appropriate priorities.
Lead production deployment planning and perform system validation.
Assist clients with ongoing support for applications.
Guide and mentor junior team members and business analysts.
What experience you need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or an equivalent degree.
5+ years of experience gathering customer business requirements, creating Solution Designs, and documenting customer solutions.
Deep knowledge and experience with API products and technology.
3+ years of experience using payload testing tools like Bruno or similar tools.
3+ years of experience leveraging ticketing tools like SNOW or JIRA.
Passion for technology and the business opportunities it presents, with the ability to comprehend both technical and business topics to recommend options and solutions.
Consistent with Equifax’s 3/2+2 flexible work framework, a willingness to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Equifax’s Atlanta-based office

Knowledge and experience with Credit and/or Banking and Financial Services.
GCP or AWS certification.
