This role serves as the bridge between DevOps capabilities and internal customers, ensuring that teams adopt DevEx platforms effectively, realize measurable value, and receive proactive guidance. The Customer Success Lead enables increased customer satisfaction, improved platform usage, reduced operational escalations, and frees engineering resources to focus on innovation.

The Senior Customer Success Lead – DevEx Evangelist is responsible for accelerating the adoption of enterprise DevOps platforms across engineering, operations, and application teams within the bank. This role ensures teams embrace AI-enabled SDLC Platforms, CI/CD best practices, secure development standards, and compliant delivery pipelines that align with the bank’s risk, audit, and regulatory requirements.
