What You’ll Do:
The MSAT Compliance Specialist is responsible for
coordinating and providing the necessary documents to the MSAT teams, managing deviations, changes, CAPAs, coordinating and monitoring action plans, etc.
Coordinate documentation requirements and make them available to MSAT teams.
Lead investigations into observed deviations or process deviations.
Perform trend analyses.
Manage documentation changes (update SOPs, initiate changes, etc.).
Manage deviations and implement CAPA.
Who You Are:
You have a minimum of a bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of experience related to all or part of the main responsibilities described above in a scientific or technical discipline in a cGMP-compliant manufacturing environment.
You are able to write and speak French and English.
You are familiar with and know how to use root cause investigation methods (5-Why, Ishikawa, etc.).
You have a good knowledge of risk management methods (such as FMEA).
You have a good knowledge of cGMP requirements.
You are quality-conscious and attentive to detail.
Good communicator with a good team spirit.
Proactive.
