Conduct electrical testing of customer complaint units to support failure analysis. Perform machine setup, analyze, debug, and solve test-related problems during electrical testing.
Work closely with the Reliability Planner to align on system time requirements and testing schedules. Coordinate with Production personnel and Engineering groups for necessary support and assistance. Liaise with Verification of Failures Personnel and Customer Quality Engineers regarding returned units for electrical testing. Coordinate and follow up on pending reviews and approvals from AML and AMPI to ensure timely completion.
Generate and submit pre-stress (time zero) and post-reliability stress electrical test data and drift reports for approval. Generate and submit customer complaint electrical test reports for review and upload to ETQ. Submit reliability qualification and monitor samples, along with accomplished log sheets, to the AMPI Reliability team.
Perform other product and machine sustaining tasks as assigned by the immediate superior. Contribute to meeting departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Engage in continuous learning and apply new knowledge to enhance capabilities and support the team.
What You Will Bring
