Allegro is seeking a highly analytical and proactive individual to join our Probe team in a key technical leadership role. You will be at the forefront of ensuring the quality and yield of our products at the wafer level, making critical decisions on lot disposition, analyzing complex data to drive improvements, and leading a team of technicians. What You Will Do
Lead Lot Disposition & Quality Control: Perform detailed wafer map reviews, wafer lot assessments, and make critical lot dispositions. Conduct risk analysis to provide the final approval on Probe Non-Conforming Reports (NCR) dispositioned by MPE, DPE, or Process Engineering.
Drive Hold Lot Management: Take the lead on managing all hold lots. You will be responsible for monitoring and driving the immediate disposition and release of these lots to minimize production impact.
Perform Data Analytics & Yield Improvement: Conduct in-depth data analytics to identify the sources of electrical failures. You will provide feedback to the responsible owners for root cause analysis and corrective actions, directly contributing to yield improvement and the reduction of scrap losses.
Support Customer & Internal Investigations: Support investigations related to customer complaints by providing necessary data and analysis. Generate analysis to identify fab evaluation-related parameters to resolve yield issues encountered at probe.
Lead & Develop Your Team: Lead co-technicians to ensure all sustaining activities are performed correctly and on time. Generate shifting schedule coverage to ensure 24/7 support for probe operations.
Generate Reports & Communicate Performance: Create and present performance metrics reports to the management team, clearly communicating the status and health of the probe operations.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Actively support and contribute to programs such as 5S, Kaizen, or any related initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
Achieve Departmental Goals: Perform and achieve set annual planned goals (KPIs) and execute tactical tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
What Will You Bring?
A graduate of an Engineering or Technology Course.
A minimum of two (2) years of equivalent experience in a various technical field.
Proficiency in computer use and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Familiarity with statistical tools and data analysis techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to guide and schedule a team.
