Job Description:
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the HVAC equipment to include but not limited to maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and training of the junior techs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Shift: C (back days) every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Wednesday 7am-7:12pm
Requirements/Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
7+ years of work-related experience and/or specialized training.
High Diploma or GED minimum
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as schematic diagrams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, technical specifications, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, pass downs, and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with supervisors and employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations. Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ability to walk, crawl bend, twist, reach, and climb stairs and ladders.
Color vision, verbal communication and listening
Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry for short distances.
Ability to push, pull or drag up to 70 lbs.
Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that includes safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, cartridge or Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) and protective clothing.

The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in Colorado, is $28-52/hr.**Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
