In this role, you will serve as an architect of information. You will complete publications and document control-based activities in support of several organizations including Security, Engineering, Operations, Program Management, and Digital Technology.
What You Will Do:
Oversee SharePoint and Document Center administration, including the archival process for the corporate Business Process Library.
Provide support to all teams regarding document markings (e.g., EXIM compliance), including facilitating template creation, verification, and reviews.
Manage, control, and provide support for internal portals to ensure smooth functionality.
Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for documentation and records archival related to activities such as company-led training sessions.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance with polygraph after start. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in technical documentation.
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including skills in creating templates, applying header/footer markings, and managing advanced document properties.
Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
