The Senior Technical Scrum Master is a senior role, and must have 15+ years of proven experience improving product delivery predictability and efficiency using AI native tools, product model concepts, applies best-in-class Agile and software engineering practices. The role requires deep agile and efficiency improvement using AI tools and knowledge, change management, stakeholder alignment, relevant technical and CI/CD expertise, strong coaching capabilities, and proven success in large-scale Agile transformations.
• Provide Agile coaching to multiple Agile product teams to elevate team maturity and performance.
• Track, assess, and report team velocity; implement process improvements to increase velocity by 20% or more.
• Increase overall team productivity by streamlining ceremonies, reducing waste, and improving workflow efficiency.
• Practical knowledge and experience using modern AI tools and implementing them at scale for product teams to drive efficiency
• Ensure teams adopt best-in-class engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, clean coding, and DevOps collaboration.
• Apply technical expertise across .NET, C#, Angular, and modern cloud-native development principles.
• Partner and hands-on with technical teams to problem solve and drive productivity and efficiency by removing blockers
• Coach teams through large-scale Agile transformations using scaled Agile frameworks, XP, Kanban, SAFe and TDD.
• Increase team velocity by at least 20% within the first 3–6 months without sacrificing quality.
• Improve team productivity by 20%, measured through throughput, lead time, time to market, and reduction of bottlenecks.
• Achieve sprint predictability of 85–90% measured by planned vs. completed story points.
• Improve defect leakage to below 5% by enforcing test automation and quality gates.
• Track metrics to ensure at least 80% of user stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR) and 95% meet Definition of Done (DoD).
• Reduce cycle time for story completion by 15–25% through workflow optimization and improved engineering practices.
• Facilitate at least 90% on-time delivery of sprint commitments across product teams.
• Increase automated test coverage by 25% across supported teams.
• Drive 100% adoption of AI augmented tools such as AI Agents for engineering teams
