  • Identify and remove impediments, including cross-team and data-related dependencies
  • Track and communicate delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, and cycle time

Delivery Coordination & Execution

  • Manage dependencies across teams working with Redshift, Databricks, Athena, and Power BI
  • Support release planning, sprint forecasting, and production readiness activities

  • Ensure alignment between sprint execution and broader program or platform priorities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

  • Elicit, document, and refine business and functional requirements for data and analytics use cases

  • Partner with engineering and analytics teams to ensure requirements are understood and actionable
  • Support definition of metrics, KPIs, and reporting needs for business stakeholders
  • Maintain traceability from requirements through delivery and validation

Data & Platform Collaboration

  • Work effectively with teams delivering data pipelines, transformations, and reporting solutions
  • Ensure delivery aligns with established data models, governance standards, and platform architecture
  • Facilitate coordination across batch and near real-time data workflows
  • Support shared understanding between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Help ensure consistent implementation across data and analytics layers

Governance, Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain backlog hygiene, definition of ready/done, and documentation standards
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements and quality expectations
  • Drive continuous improvement across agile processes and team collaboration
  • Support structured release and change management practices

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams

  • 6–8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Project Manager
  • Proven experience working on data, analytics, or technology-driven initiatives
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Working familiarity with modern data platforms such as Redshift, Databricks, Athena, and Power BI
  • Solid understanding of data concepts, including data pipelines, transformations, and reporting
