We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the operational support of the Robotics Developer Relations (Dev Rel) team. This role works alongside product, engineering, and research teams. As part of our Physical AI teams, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and collaboration. What you'll be doing:
Manage multi-track robotics programs with high-priority partners—defining outcomes, coordinating dependencies, and driving progress across developer relations, engineering, product, and research teams.
Translate data workflows into structured plans of record (POR) with clear owners and milestones that accelerate the robotics ecosystem’s adoption of NVIDIA’s technology.
Facilitate collaboration across different teams by leading weekly ecosystem meetings. Identify risks early, including product gaps, data issues, compute constraints, and resourcing needs. Coordinate mitigation plans with engineering and other relevant partners. Ensure ongoing, two-way communication that benefits developer relations, product, and research.
Maintain documentation repositories for repeatable, scalable, and consistent communication as well as transparent reporting that demonstrates partner engagement with NVIDIA technology and progress toward team targets. Provide quality updates to collaborators and executive audiences. Ensure reports accurately reflect partner and ecosystem needs by sharing structured feedback with product, engineering, and research teams.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, robotics, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience; master’s degree is preferred.
10+ years of program management or engineering experience in robotics, AI/ML, data platforms, or embedded systems.
Operational leadership that drives process for productivity and team success.
Familiarity with robotics simulation platforms (Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, MuJoCo, Gazebo, etc.).
Experience in robot learning, foundational models, synthetic data workflows, or perception systems.
Proven ability to manage multi-partner, multi-threaded technical programs.
Strong cross-functional communication skills across engineering, research, startups, and executive leadership.
Ability to turn complex technical engagements into clear, trackable, repeatable execution frameworks.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience supporting robotics research, robot learning, foundation models, or robotics advancements based on computer simulations.
Practical experience working directly with NVIDIA robotics and AI tools (Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, OpenUSD, Cosmos, Jetson, CUDA-X).
Demonstrated success growing developer ecosystems through technical enablement and partner acceleration.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
