Backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, Peregrine helps public safety organizations, state and local and governments, federal agencies, and private-sector institutions address society’s challenges with unprecedented speed and accuracy. Our AI-enabled platform turns siloed and disconnected data into operational intelligence — instantly surfacing mission-critical information to empower better, faster decisions that improve outcomes at every touchpoint. Today Peregrine supports hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, serving more than 125 million people — and we’re amplifying our impact as we expand into the enterprise and internationally.
We are looking to hire an experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to help build Peregrine's product and the platform that powers it. This isn't a coordination role, it's a builder role. You'll bring clarity where it's lacking, align teams on strategy and architecture, and establish cadences that actually move work forward. You'll manage risks and dependencies, tie execution to business outcomes, and drive improvements in cost and infrastructure performance — while fostering the transparency that lets issues surface early.
This is a rare opportunity to do more than execute programs — you'll help define the TPM discipline at Peregrine. You'll shape the function from the ground up, building the playbooks and setting the standard for how technical program management drives impact. If you've ever wanted to leave a fingerprint on how an engineering organization operates, this is that role.
