As a Senior Technical Program Manager - Automotive at NVIDIA, you will be at the forefront of developing our data acquisition strategy and optimizing its execution. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Effectively interact with PMs, MLEs and data analysts to understand complex data needs and timelines; skillfully manage relationships with OEM partners and NV internal hardware and operations teams. Establish high level data acquisition plans, manage and optimize their execution.

  • Establish data acquisition operational objectives, metrics and work plans. Work with the team to track progress daily and make corrective actions to ensure targets are met.

  • Use data driven methods to provide feedback and insight on operation status. Make use of state of the art tooling and closely interact with the engineering team to establish tooling roadmap to continuously improve operation.

  • Direct and mentor junior members of the operations team.

What We Need to See:

  • Deep understanding of data acquisition in a related field with experience demonstrating operation know-how and high quality execution

  • Experience interacting with OEM partners and people with varying levels of technical background such as MLEs, PMs, drivers etc.

  • Results driven with excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant technical or operations field or equivalent experience, with 10+ years of relevant industry experience.

Ways to Stand Out from the crowd:

  • Industry experience in autonomous driving, especially in data collection, mapping, crowd sourced collection etc.

  • Proven operational experience balancing cost-effectiveness, safety and fast turnaround time.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully implement solutions in ambitious, high-stakes environments.

  • A proven history of developing and implementing strategies that compete on a global scale.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
