Senior Technical Program Manager -Analytics

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic and technical initiatives across our AI/ML product portfolio. This role will drive product development, customer success, and internal program execution in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will serve as the bridge between business needs and engineering execution, ensuring alignment, scalability, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Product Leadership

  • Drive end-to-end execution of strategic programs including new product development, enhancements, and customer deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional planning and delivery across engineering, analytics, data science, product, and operations teams.
  • Translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions and actionable roadmaps.
  • Manage program schedules, accounting for the iterative nature of AI/ML development lifecycles and aggressive time-to-market goals.
  • Experience in design and review of new solution concepts and leading the delivery of high-impact analytics solutions and programs for global clients.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring successful delivery and satisfaction.
  • Respond to technical questionnaires and RFPs for large prospects, aligning solutions with customer needs.
  • Communicate extensively with internal and external stakeholders across geographies and functions.
  • Build strong relationships to foster collaboration and translate business goals into technical capabilities.
  • Provide proactive updates to senior leadership on program health, risks, milestones, and strategic alignment.

Technical Program Management

  • Collaborate on solution architecture and ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Develop deep expertise in the company’s AI/ML product architecture and act as SME for published and upcoming features.
  • Oversee data annotation workflows including quality, productivity, and logistics.
  • Apply statistical and ML expertise to map ambiguous requirements to measurable outcomes and key metrics.
  • Be able to drive client value. Collaborate with a diverse group of client stakeholders to align project vision, Develop and refine the vision for a next-generation analytics/data engineering/AI/GenAI/Agentic AI products and platforms
  • Facilitate strategic decision-making and problem-solving, balancing technical constraints with business needs.
  • Contribute to defining the long-term analytics and AI/ML roadmap, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and reusability across programs.

Operational Excellence

  • Define and track KPIs to measure program success, drive accountability, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Track Agile/Scrum metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, cycle time, and team capacity to monitor delivery health and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize resource allocation across teams to ensure timely delivery and scalability of AI/ML solutions.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Navigate ambiguity and lead change management efforts to adapt programs to evolving priorities and market conditions.
  • Manage scope, change requests, and delivery timelines across distributed teams and partners.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and governance artifacts that highlight program impact and strategic alignment

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of overall experience in program management, with at least 7+ years in SaaS or AI/ML environments.
  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale software and data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, scalable architectures, APIs, webhooks, and public cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with Edge computing, ETL pipelines, and data analytics.
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum fundamentals including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Skilled in tracking and interpreting Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time to drive team performance.
  • Ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ability to lead complex programs independently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build trust across teams and leadership.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing globally distributed teams and virtual collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, product security, and cloud architecture.
  • Ability to coach teams on best practices and agile processes.
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data readiness, experimentation, model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to challenge assumptions, quantify trade-offs, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Experience scaling ML or analytics solutions from prototype to production, with emphasis on reliability, observability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • BTech/MTech in Computer Science or related field.
  • PMP, CSM, SAFe, AWS certifications are a big plus.
