As a Senior Technical Officer within the Maintenance Program & Optimisation Team. You will play a key role in the ongoing review, management and governance of aircraft maintenance frameworks.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with civil or defence aviation legislation, regulations, and regulatory structures, and providing essential support to publications, maintenance and technical services teams.
Ideally you will have experience in technical support roles within aviation, with strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. You will also have a proven track record of making impactful contributions to operations and maintenance on aircraft.
Working collaboratively with Engineers and fellow STOs, you will help deliver outcomes aligned to Service Delivery Managers and key defence stakeholders.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
Aviation or relevant industry technical qualification
Demonstrated experience as a Trade qualified Aircraft engineer in the aviation industry
A strong background in performing C&DM activities in a Defence
Highly developed analytical and critical reasoning skills
