  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, with a focus on electrical utilities and NERC CIP standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of NERC CIP standards, including CIP-002 through CIP-014, and their application in utility environments.
  • Proven experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and compliance evaluations for utility companies.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies, auditors, and utility leadership teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies, including vulnerability scanners, SIEM platforms, and endpoint protection solutions.
  • Knowledge of emerging threats and trends in the energy sector, including supply chain risks and advanced persistent threats (APTs).
