WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US 

We are looking for a Senior Technical Application Consultant, responsible for contributing to the effective delivery of high-quality services to clients, ensuring that all operational processes meet client expectations and organizational goals. This role is focused on service delivery efforts, addressing intricate problems, and maximizing efficiency. The Consultant collaborates with internal teams and clients to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively, facilitating continuous improvement and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 

  • Acting, together with the team, as a cornerstone in delivering end‑to‑end technical application services aligned with SLAs and business goals 

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define service delivery goals, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices 

  • Monitor service delivery performance, analyze metrics, and take corrective actions to address performance gaps 

  • Contributing to the resolution of escalated issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution of complex service delivery issues 

  • Spotting continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and service outcomes 

  • Contributing to regular updates and reports on service delivery status, risks, and opportunities to clients and senior leadership 

  • Part of the client facing team, develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations satisfied 

  • Collaborating with technical experts on complex problems, sharing best practices and enhancing the overall service delivery team

  • Practical knowledge of operating complex applications on Windows servers 

  • You enjoy working with complex technical problems in a challenging technical environment 

  • Experience within the financial investment world

  • You have well-developed analytical skills and are used to working in a structured way 

  • You are good at working on & prioritizing multiple tasks at the same time 

  • Knowledge or high interest in financial issues - theoretical as well as practical  

  • You are service-minded and have the ability to thrive in a time-sensitive setting, you enjoy as well working in a team
