Senior Advisor, Tax

What you’ll achieve
You will ensure accurate and timely tax filings, resolve tax-related inquiries, maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of tax laws, and provide guidance on tax implications to support business decisions while effectively managing tax liabilities.
Responsibilities:
Maintain tax records and support the preparation of tax returns and reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
Assist in tax audits and prepare required statistical and financial documentation.
Monitor and analyze new and proposed tax laws that may impact the company’s operations and financials.
Process, report, validate, and resolve tax‑related inquiries or disputes from internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, prepare tax journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and identify opportunities to reduce tax costs

Essential Requirements
Advanced professional expertise, with deep knowledge of concepts, models, and company objectives to solve complex issues and guide new policy development.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of evaluating complex situations with variable factors and determining appropriate methods and procedures.
Ability to create effective, innovative solutions, applying judgment in selecting and adapting advanced techniques to achieve results.
Cross‑disciplinary understanding, recognizing how different functions interrelate and influence outcomes.
Relevant experience and education, typically 8+ years with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
