We help protect the global financial system by verifying millions of identities for banks, neobanks, online brokers, crypto exchanges, and insurers like N26, Trade Republic, flatexDEGIRO, Nationale Nederlanden, Qonto, Shine, Solarisbank, and more.

Having started our journey in January 2018, we're incredibly proud to count around 250 employees between our Amsterdam and Barcelona offices with over 50 nationalities.

We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner to help us continue building our dream team 🚀 

Our People team is on a mission to create an environment where every Fourthliner can do their best work, grow continuously, and feel like they truly belong. We're looking for someone who gets excited about finding exceptional talent and creating hiring experiences that people actually remember (in a good way). 

What you'll be doing 

You'll partner closely with our VP People and the People team to shape how we attract, assess, and welcome new Fourthliners. This means: 

Building our talent pipeline 

  • Source brilliant people from diverse backgrounds, using every channel and creative approach you can think of 
  • Make sure we hire team members who bring the right skills, experience, and attitude at the right time. 

Creating exceptional candidate experiences 

  • Own the end-to-end interview process - from first contact to offer (and everything in between) 
  • Make interviewing at Fourthline something candidates want to tell their friends about 
  • Collaborate with the rest of the People team to create great experiences as candidates become new joiners 

Leveling up our hiring game 

  • Train and support hiring managers so they can make confident, well-informed decisions 
  • Own and leverage data to drive improvements and insights in how we drive Talent Acquisition 
  • Continuously question, iterate, and improve how we do recruitment - because good just isn't good enough 

About you 

You've built teams in high-growth environments, and you have strong experience recruiting Tech talent. In addition: 

  • You’re an expert hiring Tech roles, and you're excited to work across Ops and Commercial roles too 
  • You not only know how to source directly, you actually enjoy it 
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment, creating great experiences by working with managers and the People team 
  • You're obsessed with building diverse, high-performing teams and watching people flourish 
  • You believe diversity and inclusion aren't checkboxes - they're built into every stage of the hiring process 
  • You genuinely care about candidates' and interviewers' experiences (even the ones who don't get the job) 
  • You constantly  ask, "how can we do this better?" and then actually do something about it 
  • You adapt your communication style depending on who you're talking to - whether it's a nervous candidate or a skeptical hiring manager

What success looks like 

First 30 Days: Learn, Listen & Immerse 

You’ll spend your first month getting to know Fourthline inside out. 

  • Build relationships across the People team and key stakeholders; deep-dive into our culture, values, and what "exceptional talent" means at Fourthline 
  • Shadow interviews, review pipelines, and own roles to spot quick wins 

Your goal: Understand our world well enough to identify opportunities for immediate impact. 

First 90 Days: Own, Deliver & Elevate 

By month three, you should be operating as a true partner in our hiring game. 

  • Take full ownership of all hiring processes across Fourthline 
  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies - no waiting around for inbound applications. 
  • Shape a consistent, memorable candidate experience and coach hiring managers to elevate their interview game 
  • Use data (and your own curiosity) to highlight bottlenecks, identify improvements, and help us hire smarter. 

Your goal: Make measurable impact on the speed, quality, and consistency of how we hire. 

First 180 Days: Transform, Influence & Scale 

  • Partner with the VP People and leadership to influence role design, team structure, and hiring forecasts while building scalable pipelines 
  • Lead continuous improvements across recruiting frameworks and champion diversity, equity, and belonging at every stage 
  • Help make Fourthline a place where candidates leave thinking, “That was the best interview experience I’ve ever had, even if I didn’t get the job.”
