We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Sr. Talent Specialist to drive talent processes and Learning programs across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about talent management, performance cycles, and Learning and Development.

Learning & Development

  • Support the design and delivery of Learning & Development (L&D) programs, including manager training, DISC assessments, global learning sessions, culture initiatives, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) programming.
  • Partner with external vendors and internal teams to identify, source, and implement high‑quality learning solutions.
  • Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences that align with organizational priorities and employee development needs.
  • Coordinate and support individual development planning for key talent, ensuring a consistent process and providing tools and resources that enable growth across the organization.

Talent & Performance Management

  • Own the annual talent management calendar, including timelines, communications, guidance documents, and instructions for performance reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Develop and deliver training, resources, and toolkits to ensure leaders and employees understand key talent processes.
  • Manage talent data, succession planning systems, and review processes; build reports and dashboards to provide insights that support people and business decision‑making.

Engagement & Lifecycle Surveys

  • Coordinate the execution of engagement, new hire, and exit surveys in partnership with HR and business leaders, including scheduling, audience management, and communications.
  • Analyze survey data, identify trends, and prepare reporting that informs organizational strategies and enhances the employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or broader HR roles.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D programs (e.g., manager training, DISC, global learning sessions, culture and DEI initiatives).
  • Experience partnering with external vendors to implement learning programs or platforms.
  • Strong understanding of talent processes, including performance management, succession planning, and engagement measurement.
  • Proficiency with HR systems and data analytics, including the ability to build reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and HR Business Partners and influence without authority.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay Range:

$74,000.00 - $92,500.00
