Job Summary: 
The role of the Senior Talent Development Executive is to develop strategies and programs for talent development and succession management in line with business objectives and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall human resources strategy and goals. The incumbent will play a key role in driving the development of the organization's leadership pipeline through the implementation of various learning and development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee performance and readiness for future roles.

Job Responsibilities: 
• Design and implement comprehensive talent development strategies aligned with organizational objectives and succession plans.
• Develop and execute training programs focused on leadership competencies, skills enhancement, and career progression.
• Identify and address skill gaps within the organization by conducting needs analysis and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with senior management to establish development priorities and create targeted interventions for critical positions.
• Drive the rollout of the corporate university program, including content curation, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent development to continuously enhance the organization's approach to learning and development.

Job Qualifications: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. MBA/Master’s degree in Organizational Development would be an added advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Development/Learning & Development, preferably in a multinational corporation.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
