IDEXX is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help support our incredible commercial & corporate teams in the Germany, Switzerland, and Austria region (GSA).

In this Role

You will partner with the existing Commercial Talent Acquisition Team to support our longer-term commercial and growth strategy, but you will be the responsible Talent Acquisition Partner for the IDEXX operation in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria (GSA) for all commercial & corporate function roles. This is an end-to-end recruitment position.

You will partner up with the business and HR Business Partners to source, interview, and select the best-qualified candidates to fill positions within the organization in a timely and efficient manner with a premium on providing a superb candidate and hiring manager experience.

You will partner with management to forecast and understand business needs, plan sourcing strategies to provide candidate pipelines, and align resources to support recruiting needs – a true proactive talent partner.
 

What you need to succeed

This position will require a ‘hands-on’ recruiter who loves their job and who is personally involved in hiring excellent candidates, as well as a partnership role to lead and coach the stakeholders within the business whilst ensuring a superb candidate experience.
  
• It’s essential that you’re passionate about recruitment and helping people find a career they love!

• You’ll have at least five years of recruiting experience within an international environment and matrix organization.

• Your skill set includes experience in recruiting across Europe – ideally in particular, Germany, Austria & Switzerland and have a good understanding of the different markets.

• You will be a hungry but humble, collaborative and trustworthy, innovative and ethical recruitment professional who's not afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump into the thick of the action.

• Communication skills are key – you will be communicating with a range of different stakeholders across the business.

• You have a problem-solving and flexible mindset. Whatever the problem or challenge, you are always part of the solution, either solo or as part of the team.

• Native or Fluent German with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.  Additional European languages such as French would be desirable.
