Manage the full cycle of the selection process - identifying job requirements in collaboration with managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, assessing candidate suitability, checking references, and presenting the job offer to selected candidates.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, holding responsibility for professional and timely communication with candidates. Further providing information about the position and working conditions, keeping candidates informed about the status of the selection process and providing them with notification of the outcome of the selection process.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of candidates, the search process and recruitment activities.
• Develop and manage optimally functioning relationships with hiring managers, in order to successfully select candidates for the business unit.
• Actively participate in building ESET's recruitment strategy in line with the company's business strategy and the continuously changing job market.
• Conduct labor market research in relation to the specific recruitment requirements of the hiring manager.
• Prepare recruitment reports and analyses for HR business partner and management needs, regularly evaluating the success of the recruitment strategy.
• Pro-actively design and implement recruiting practices in order to attract the attention of candidate and talents.
• Collaborate with HR vendors on recruitment services and utilize diverse resources in order to fill positions (job fairs, job portals, social media, etc.).
• Organize ESET’s participation in job fairs, exhibitions, and high school, college, or community of interest activities to build a candidate base for current and future recruiting needs, presenting ESET as an attractive employer.
• Actively participate in HR projects.
• Pro-actively share suggestions and ideas to improve set activities with colleagues, train less experienced colleagues in line with team needs.
• Plan and coordinate the work of colleagues in accordance with superior's instructions, be responsible for the performance of the tasks entrusted to it in accordance with established procedures and processes and prioritize tasks of colleagues in order to meet established objectives and achieve required results.
• Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company.
