What You Will Do

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to be a strategic partner in building our workforce. Reporting to Sr. TA Manager, this role sits within the Human Resources function and will primarily support US manufacturing operations while collaborating globally. This position can be remote with regular communication across global support areas but requires strong familiarity with US hiring laws and practices.

The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for connecting the right people to the company’s mission. It reports to the Sr. TA Manager and plays a critical role in enabling business growth, ensuring candidate satisfaction, and building inclusive, high-performing teams. This function is essential to the organization’s ability to meet today’s and tomorrow’s challenges, making it a strategic enabler rather than just a process.

 

How You Will Do It

  • Fill critical manufacturing and technical positions with high-quality hires who perform and stay.

  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, becoming a consultative advisor early in the process.

  • Deliver consistently positive candidate experiences that enhance employer brand reputation.

  • Use advanced sourcing, headhunting, and market intelligence to pipeline diverse talent pools.

  • Track and report KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline conversion) to drive continuous improvement.

  • Mentor peers and scale best practices across the Talent Acquisition team to strengthen the function.

 

What We Look For – Qualifications

Required

  • 5–7 years of recruiting experience, specifically tied to US manufacturing roles (technical and skilled trades)

  • Strong business and hiring acumen with knowledge of US employment laws related to interviewing and hiring.

  • Proven ability to generate and manage performance KPIs in recruiting.

  • Experience recruiting across diverse geographies or industries.

  • Employer branding and stakeholder influence skills.

  • Agile, consultative, and growth-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently ina global environment.

  • Comfort with ATS platforms, HR technology, and talent analytics

  • Position can be remote but with proximity to Monterrey

  • Workday familiarity is a strong plus
