We’re looking for a senior, T-shaped Talent Acquisition professional, an expert in tech hiring with the breadth to support wider People & Talent initiatives. If you thrive on sourcing hard-to-find talent, building trusted partnerships, and contributing to a collaborative People team, this role is for you. 

What You'll Do: 

You will be responsible for managing a range of talent acquisition activities including but not limited to: 

Talent Acquisition  

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple senior and technical roles across Engineering, Product, and other business areas. 

  • Drive strategic sourcing strategies and proactively engage passive, hard-to-find talent. 

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience. 

  • Assess candidates for technical expertise and cultural fit and guide interview and selection processes. 

  • Advise hiring teams on market trends, talent availability, and role design. 

  • Influence hiring decisions with data, insights, and expert recommendations. 

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and track key metrics for continuous improvement. 

People & Talent  

  • Partner with Managers and leadership to support People & Talent initiatives and workforce planning. 

  • Support People Operations processes, including onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience. 

  • Contribute to Talent programs such as Early Careers, internal mobility, and employer branding initiatives. 

  • Prepare People & Talent insights, dashboards, and recruitment analytics to inform decisions. 

  • Act as a connector across Talent, L&D, and People Ops to ensure an integrated employee and candidate journey. 

 

What You'll Bring: 

  • 6+ years in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years hiring in Software Houses or Digital environments. 

  • Ability to independently manage complex, multi-role pipelines across technical and senior functions. 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven experience influencing senior leaders and shaping hiring strategies. 

  • Solid business acumen with a clear understanding of organisational needs, product direction and workforce planning. 

  • Confident using data, insights and talent market intelligence to guide and challenge leadership decisions. 

  • Advanced experience with AI-powered tools for sourcing, screening, market mapping and process optimisation. 

  • Curiosity and adaptability to stay current with emerging TA and AI technologies. 

  • Broader People & Talent mindset, with the ability to collaborate across People Ops, L&D and Talent programs to support an integrated employee journey. 

  • A people-centric communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. 

  • Fluent in English.
