The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in supporting Mosaic’s enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy. This individual contributor partners closely with the Manager, Talent Acquisition Strategy to execute strategic initiatives, manage projects, and deliver data-driven insights that enhance recruiting effectiveness across global markets. The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and passionate about optimizing talent acquisition processes and programs.

What will you do?

Strategic Execution & Project Support

  • Support the execution of multi-year talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Assist in managing strategic projects and initiatives across internal TA teams and external partners.

Technology & Process Optimization

  • Assist with system implementations, integrations, and user adoption for global TA platforms.

  • Provide support for change management, training, and documentation efforts.

  • Partner with HRIS and IT to troubleshoot and improve user experience.

Employer Branding & Talent Programs

  • Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding campaigns.

  • Support pipeline strategies including early career, diversity, and niche talent initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to enhance candidate engagement.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze recruiting metrics, financial data, and market trends to inform decision-making.

  • Build dashboards and reports to track program effectiveness and ROI.

  • Support scenario planning and opportunity sizing through financial modeling.

Market Intelligence & Research

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and global market dynamics.

  • Provide insights to enhance sourcing strategies and candidate experience.

  • Monitor and report on emerging technologies and best practices in talent acquisition.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with stakeholders across HR, EBS, business units, and external vendors.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, learning, and excellence.

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives.

What do you need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

  • 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, or

    related roles.

  • Experience with delivering and executing enterprise-wide programs.

  • Experience with HR analytics and the ability to measure the impact of talent management programs and initiatives

  • Experience in delivering and executing HR projects, programs, and process improvements

  • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with all levels and diverse groups of employees.

  • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner

  • Demonstrated project management, consultative, and process management skills.

  • Must be well organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to balance competing priorities.

  • Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to play a consultative role and deliver innovative results

  • Comfortable/excels in independent research & evaluation of information to make recommendations in line with business objectives

  • Understands relationships between data points/sets, performs analysis, and organizes/presents resulting insights in a meaningful way

  • Advanced expert skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook required
