Responsibilities
Lead and implement best practices in full cycle recruitment to attract diverse top talent while ensuring an efficient, positive and professional experience for all candidates
Seek out benchmarks while demonstrating industry, competitor, and broader business knowledge; leverage that knowledge and current industry trends to design and influence innovative strategies, technologies and team skills
Build external networks and affiliations to support Netsmart’s employment brand, support passive and active human capital acquisition strategy, and be viewed as a talent thought leader in the broader HR organization
Use data and analytics to develop and drive the strategic talent decisions for stakeholders
Serve as point of contact for recruitment issues and consult with HR and business stakeholders on escalated issues
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition with demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting at senior levels
Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships with executive-level stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication, negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
Advanced expertise in managing Applicant Tracking Systems while developing and implementing innovative enterprise-wide sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state and local employment regulations with demonstrated ability to guide recruitment best practices and drive organizational compliance while managing multiple high-priority initiatives
Preferred
Experience in other HR roles such as HR generalist, operations or benefits.
