As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Applied Materials, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce driving the transformation that enables us to Make Possible the technologies of tomorrow. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment strategies across your country or sub‑region, designing efficient and measurable processes that raise the bar for how we identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent. Your expertise will guide the selection of optimal recruitment channels, adoption of industry best practices, and continuous optimization of our hiring approach to ensure speed, quality, compliance, and impact.
In this role, you will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external communities including institutes, associations, and niche talent networks. You will proactively source for all levels up to executive‑level roles, navigating complex talent markets and leveraging deep market intelligence to identify high‑caliber candidates, especially for hard‑to‑fill positions. Using our global ATS tools and data-driven insights, you will drive recruiting excellence, champion process improvements, and ensure alignment with global standards while optimizing recruitment costs and resource utilization.
As a key contributor within Applied Materials’ global TA community, you will influence talent strategies, mentor new recruiters, and collaborate closely with HR partners to ensure a seamless new‑hire experience.
