The Senior Talent Acquisition Configuration Developer - Phenom will manage and support HR technology systems and tools such as the Workday ATS and Phenom CRM, by collaborating with HR and IT teams to configure, customize, implement, and maintain HR software, troubleshoot technical issues, analyze and report HR data, and provide user support and training. This position will apply in-depth expertise in HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and user experience within the HR function.

 

What you will do:

  • Oversee the configuration, management, and administration of HR technology systems, such as Workday Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Phenom CRM (CRM), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Performance Management Systems.
  • Implement processes that upgrade HR technology systems by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop project plans, and execute system implementations.
  • Utilize Jira to Document requirements for configuration changes in partnership with Product Owner and Business Owners.
  • Under general direction, configure and customize HR technology systems to align with HR processes, policies, and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data analytics and reporting capabilities to provide HR and management with meaningful insights.
  • Deliver training programs and resources to educate HR users on the functionality and best practices of HR technology systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR technology systems by streamlining workflows, eliminating redundancies, and enhancing system capabilities to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and system configuration documentation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail.
  • Coach more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

 

Full-time Remote will be considered with possible Quarterly travel for onsite meetings.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years' hands-on experience with any ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • 2+ years' experience with Phenom CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) Systems
  • 3+ years' design and configuration experience with Workday Talent Acquisition module
  • 3+ years' experience demonstrating problem solving, solutioning, and decision making skills
  • 3+ years' experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • 3+ years' experience planning, delivering, and supporting projects and programs


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience configuring both Workday ATS and Phenom CRM or other CRM systems
  • Experience in Recruiting AI and Automation tools
  • Experience with Workday Integrations and Security configurations
  • Growth mindset

  • Bachelor's Degree required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$83,430.00 - $222,480.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
