Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment ownership – Full responsibility for the entire recruitment cycle – from briefing with hiring managers, through sourcing and conducting interviews, to offer management and onboarding.
Collaboration with hiring managers – Daily communication with managers across teams, setting expectations, recommending best practices, and finding the most effective solutions for filling open roles.
Active talent sourcing – Working with various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.), proactively reaching out to candidates and building a strong, long-term talent pipeline.
Employer branding – Collaboration with internal PR, communication with career platforms, and involvement in organizing events and activities aimed at strengthening the employer brand.
Data-driven approach and reporting – Tracking recruitment metrics, preparing weekly and quarterly reports, working with data to optimize hiring processes, and building recruitment dashboards.
Collaboration with the HR team and broader HR agenda – Participation in wider HR activities, close cooperation with HR colleagues and business teams to support effective team performance and a positive employee experience.
Required Skills and Experience
Around 5 years of experience in recruitment / Talent Acquisition – You have solid experience in hiring (ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment) and can independently manage a high volume of recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and organizational skills – You can effectively communicate with various stakeholders, build relationships, and stay organized even when handling multiple open roles.
Knowledge of and/or interest in the marketing/media industry – You stay informed, follow industry trends, understand the competitive landscape, and know where to find the right talent for Dentsu from both a professional and cultural fit perspective.
Proactive and self-driven mindset – You take initiative, bring new ideas, and follow through on your work.
Interest in employer branding and broader HR topics – You enjoy overlapping areas such as marketing, PR, internal projects, or events and are keen to grow in this space.
Czech/Slovak (native), English (advanced level) and German (an advantage) – You can communicate confidently with candidates and colleagues, conduct interviews in English, and participate in meetings with global stakeholders.
