Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. seeks a Senior Systems Programmer Analyst in Jersey City, NJ to administer, analyze, develop, and integrate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application using Salesforce. Customize and deploy Salesforce platform for BBH requirements (frontend and backend), including configuration of Single Sign-On (SSO), security policies, and profile administration. Maintain test environments within the Salesforce platform. Analyze business requirements, build application code, and support data integration among Salesforce, Cloud applications, and CRM systems. Engage with business users to deliver robust frontend customization solutions, improve on existing concepts or products, and create new product suite integrations. Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including programming and troubleshooting a variety of application components using Apex (classes, controllers, database objects, and triggers), VisualForce, Salesforce Lightning framework, and Salesforce Declarative tooling. Remote work permitted 2 days per week.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a closely related computer field, plus 5 years of progressive, post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires Salesforce Platform Developer and Administrator certifications and 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform administration and development using APEX and VisualForce, Salesforce Lightning framework, Salesforce Declarative tooling, and data integration among Salesforce, Cloud, and CRM systems. BBH’s compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated salary range for this role is $133,734 - $172,000, which is specific to Jersey City, NJ and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Salary Range

$133,734 - $172,000
