About the Role:

The Senior Systems Integration Engineer plays a critical role in building and operating integrations across Commercial and Corporate Systems. This role involves hands-on systems configuration, data extraction/imports, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The engineer ensures fast and reliable delivery for M&A initiatives by standardizing processes, driving automation where appropriate, and owning end-to-end integration quality. They work closely with business-as-usual teams to ensure that the integration supports the identified project gaps and that the desired value is realized in the systems, with a core competency in Salesforce and Conga.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in systems integration, with a strong focus on Salesforce and Conga.
  • Broad experience with various systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Proven ability to work with business-as-usual teams to ensure integration
  • solutions are successfully implemented.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to act as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring the integration solutions meet business needs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to create executive-level presentations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Energetic, with drive, enthusiasm, and natural skills in relationship development.

About you:
You're a fit for the role of Senior Systems Integration Engineer if your background includes:

  •      Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end integrations between SAP HANA, Salesforce, and Conga solutions.
  •    Build real-time and batch integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven integrations.
  •      Ensure reliable data synchronisation between SAP and Salesforce platforms.
  •        Strong experience with SAP HANA (SQL, data modelling, views).
  •       Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, Apex callouts, Platform Events).
  •     Proven experience with Conga solutions (Composer, Contracts, Grid, Trigger).
  •      Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and data transformations.
  •    Experience with at least one integration/middleware platform (SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).
  •        Strong understanding of system integration patterns and architecture.
  •     Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, Lightning).
  •     Knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA functional modules
