Senior Systems Analyst, Adaptive Planning

Remote US Full Time

As a Senior Systems Analyst for Adaptive Planning, you will serve as the primary architect and lead System Administrator for the Axonius financial engine. Reporting to the Finance organization, you will own the end-to-end management, model design, and long-term evolution of the Workday Adaptive Planning platform. Your mission is to build and maintain the scalable infrastructure, sophisticated financial models, and automated workflows that power the Annual Operating Plan and global forecasting capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the system administration, roadmap management, and architectural evolution of the Workday Adaptive Planning platform.
  • Design and maintain complex financial models, dashboards, and templates to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling forecasts.
  • Manage data integration and flow between Adaptive Planning and external systems like NetSuite using APIs, OfficeConnect, and ETL tools.
  • Automate FP&A workflows and provide technical support and training to global platform users.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active Workday Adaptive Planning Certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment.
  • Proven experience building complex financial models from scratch within the Workday Adaptive Planning environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional experience in a Finance or accounting-focused business role.
  • Technical proficiency in advanced sheets, assumptions, and formulas within Adaptive Planning.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools, such as Gemini, to automate or optimize system workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end system implementations or major platform upgrades.

Annual Salary Range (bonus and equity included in addition to the below numbers)
$130,000$150,000 USD
