About the role

We are seeking a Systems & Processes Support Engineer within Material Planning to manage and optimize SAP ERP, EWM, and TMS systems. The role focuses on maintaining processes, resolving system issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring accurate and efficient material planning operations. Strong SAP knowledge, preferably in manufacturing and logistics, along with S/4HANA and EWM experience, is required.

What You Will Do

  • Support and maintain SAP ERP, EWM, and TMS systems integrated with the Manufacturing Execution System (MEC).

  • Conduct system and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test data, and ensure smooth system functionality.

  • Develop, update, and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.

  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure efficient material planning operations.

  • Monitor and resolve interface issues to maintain data accuracy and integrity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement system improvements.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

  • Minimum 3- 5 years of relevant experience

  • Hands-on experience with SAP, ideally S/4HANA and EWM.

  • Background in manufacturing or logistics is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
