Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced IT Systems Engineer to join our Global Digital Solutions (GDS) Service team onsite in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of managerial, technical, and analytical duties across enterprise, server, and desktop systems while ensuring all resource commitments and project deliverables are met in a high-volume environment.
You will join a high-visibility team dedicated to driving support commitments and improving service operations across our Global Business and Infrastructure groups.
Responsibility 1: Lead the technical operation and maintenance of enterprise networks and server environments (including Windows Server 2016/2022 and SQL Databases) to ensure constant system availability and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, DevOps, and external vendors to troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage new site builds that meet Global Digital Solutions standards.
Responsibility 3: Ensure strict compliance with Government standards and organizational policies by performing Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) scans to maintain audit readiness.
5+ years of experience in Information Technology, specifically managing large-scale application environments and leading technical teams.
Strong technical expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Internet Information Services (IIS), and hardware installation for Nutanix and network switches.
Proven ability in complex problem-solving, project management, and maintaining network security (including Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and firewalls).
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and the ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government clearances (U.S. Citizenship required).
Location: On-site daily.
Shifts: Second shift (11:30 AM – 8:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM).
Travel: Limited travel up to 15%.
