As a Senior Sustainability Analyst, you will play a key role in advancing Broadridge’s sustainability strategy and driving progress toward near-term and long-term emissions reduction goals. In this role, you will lead the development of supplier engagement program and contribute to disclosures aligned with global sustainability frameworks. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver accurate insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend strategies that drive meaningful progress toward Broadridge’s environmental commitments.
This position is ideal for candidates who combine strong analytical skills with sustainability expertise and who are comfortable working with data, stakeholders, and reporting frameworks in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Engagement & Collaboration
Design and manage supplier engagement program to collect, validate, and assess supplier sustainability data.
Build strong partnerships with key suppliers to drive alignment with Broadridge’s climate targets and sustainability expectations.
Support suppliers in improving their reporting methodologies and sustainability disclosures practices.
Emissions Data Management & Reporting
Ensure compliance with leading sustainability frameworks and standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, SBTi, TCFD, CDP, etc.).
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to reduce emissions and improve overall sustainability performance.
Project Leadership & Analysis
Conduct advanced analysis and modeling to evaluate sustainability initiatives, identify risks, and measure impact.
Create or contribute to internal business cases for sustainability investments by modeling potential financial and reputational impacts.
Translate findings into reports, presentations, and dashboards for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and external audiences.
Research & Continuous Improvement
Stay current on emerging regulations, best practices, and industry trends in corporate sustainability and climate policy.
Support scenario planning and risk assessments related to regulatory change, carbon pricing, and supply chain resilience.
Recommend enhancements to Broadridge’s sustainability systems, data quality processes, and reporting capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization on sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related discipline; Master’s degree a plus.
4+ years of professional experience in corporate sustainability, ESG, environmental consulting, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with GHG accounting, sustainability reporting, and supplier engagement programs.
Working knowledge of reporting frameworks and standards (e.g. GHG Protocol, CDP, SBTi, TCFD, CSRD, etc.).
Strong data and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel is required—experience with tools like Power BI or carbon accounting software preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and build trust with both internal teams and external suppliers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Salary range $130,000.00- $145,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
