What You'll Do:
The Senior Supply Planner manages inventory optimization and supply planning for assigned product categories, leveraging MRP/ERP systems to balance customer demand, working capital, and supply chain cost efficiency. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams—including demand planning, operations, manufacturing, logistics, and finance—as well as vendor partners to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence. The Senior Supply Planner is a critical contributor to the S&OP process, providing analytical insights, identifying supply risks, and executing strategies that support both operational execution and strategic business objectives.
How You'll Help Us Win:
- Develop and execute supply plans across assigned categories using MRP/ERP systems to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Manage PO lifecycle including creation, timing, expediting, and financial impact tracking in collaboration with procurement and finance
- Maintain and optimize supply chain master data (lead times, safety stock levels, reorder points, MOQs) to improve planning accuracy
- Monitor inventory performance against targets and proactively adjust plans to balance service levels with working capital efficiency
- Identify supply risks and constraints, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate impacts to stakeholders
- Contribute actionable insights to monthly S&OP process including demand-supply reconciliation, scenario planning, and capacity analysis
- Collaborate with demand planning to understand forecast changes, new product launches, and promotional impacts on supply requirements
- Partner with manufacturing, logistics, and vendor partners to resolve supply issues and optimize lead times
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and commercialization activities by developing launch supply strategies and managing ramp-up inventory
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance planning efficiency, reduce costs, and improve forecast accuracy
- Create data-driven analyses and presentations for cross-functional partners and leadership to support strategic decisions
- Manage product lifecycle transitions including phase-ins, phase-outs, and end-of-life inventory strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory management, or related supply chain role
- Demonstrated expertise in MRP/ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar platforms)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, data modeling)
- Strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals including inventory theory, lead time management, and demand-supply balancing
- Experience participating in or leading S&OP processes
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Track record of successfully managing cross-functional relationships and influencing stakeholders
Preferred:
- SQL or other data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python)
- APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) or similar supply chain credentials
- Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or retail environments
- New product introduction (NPI) and product lifecycle management experience
- Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodology training
