General Supply Chain Execution & Governance

  • Own local supply chain execution in alignment with company policies and strategies
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, distributor, and global teams to support business objectives
  • Monitor operational performance against plan, proactively identify risks, and escalate critical issues as needed
  • Support transformation initiatives and promote the adoption of standardized best practices
     

Demand, Supply & Launch Management

  • Lead the local S&OP process and demand and supply planning activities
  • Ensure supply readiness for product launches, phase‑in/phase‑out activities, and new initiatives
  • Support capacity planning, production allocation, and supply continuity decisions
     

Commercial Supply Execution (Redressing & Sell‑In)

  • Lead local redressing activities in collaboration with Commercial teams and distributors
  • Own stock sell‑in planning and execution, aligned with forecast, inventory strategy, and market needs
  • Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely stock deployment and end‑to‑end visibility
  • Align sell‑in and redressing activities with Finance and Commercial stakeholders
  • Analyze variances and drive cross‑functional corrective actions
     

Inventory, Distribution & External Partners

  • Manage inventory levels in line with company policies and agreed targets
  • Oversee import/export activities with distributors, including product release, recalls, and distribution execution
  • Monitor vendor and distributor performance, including costs, risks, and compliance
     

Systems, Reporting & Operational Compliance

  • Act as the local key user for supply chain and logistics processes and systems
  • Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and clear KPI visibility
  • Maintain compliance across local and partner operations; support QA/RA activities and SOP management
     

Continuous Improvement & Risk Management

  • Drive initiatives focused on cost efficiency, operational process improvement, and inventory optimization
  • Lead supply risk mitigation, business continuity planning, and local improvement projects
  • Contribute to regional and global supply chain initiatives and projects
     

Experience Level

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
     

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification
