Summary:

Responsible for the development and adherence of assigned KPIs and goals for all Coordinators. Serves as subject matter expert for the reconciliation of invoices, processes, policies, and procedures. Creates and distributes reports for review and utilization of procurement staff. Leads staff in the reconciliation of purchase orders (POs) and discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

Serves as an initial point of contact regarding inventory, invoice and vendor inquiries. Resolves issues within scope of authority or escalates issues to appropriate resource.Prepares purchase orders and verifies specifications of purchase orders. Follows-up on outstanding orders, provides departments with back-order information, and offers alternative sources when possible.May maintain adequate inventory of supply based on lead times and usage.May research and negotiate routine contracted and/or non-contracted organizational purchases.Obtains usage history of inventory stock items and determines ordering requirements. Consults catalogs, contracts and vendors to obtain pricing/availability information.
