Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 5) to join our dynamic team in one of our listed locations: Berkeley, MO, Mesa, AZ, El Segundo, CA, Ridley Park, PA, Renton, WA, or Huntsville, AL.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Initiates own assignments and benchmarks industry practices.
  • Communicates supply chain information throughout the enterprise by integrating and aligning processes, procedures and practices with multiple organizations and domestic/international customers/suppliers to ensure cost effective materials management.
  • Researches and incorporates new technologies.
  • Leads and facilitates teams to develop advanced technological ideas with multiple organizations and internal/external customers/suppliers.
  • Develops recommendations and/or implement solutions in support of program, organization and/or multiple business units.
  • Serves as an organization spokesperson on advanced projects and programs.
  • Advises management and customers on advanced technical research studies and applications.
  • Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into final products to enhance the organization's technological capability.
  • Works under consultative direction.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain or materials management
  • 10+ years of experience with Material Requirements Planning, including the use of Compass Contract or a similar MRP system
  • 10+ years of experience in Production Control and Material Management processes
  • 10+ years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
  • 10+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience with project management

Summary pay range:

Tier 1: El Segundo, CA / Ridley Park, PA / Renton, WA: $141,100 - $174,300

Tier 2: Huntsville, AL / Mesa, AZ / Berkeley, MO: $131,750 - $162,750
