Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Integrator to join the Bomber, Fighter, DLA, Navy and International Transactional Execution Team within its Supply Chain Organization in Hazelwood, MO.

The potential candidate will serve as the primary focal for T7 BGS Program Management and provide supply chain integration functions in support of U.S Government Military customers. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Providing supply chain performance and integration support across multiple supply chain teams and requirements.

  • Manage and monitor supply chain quality, delivery and financial performance.

  • Leads the development of mitigation plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting customers and programs.

  • Acts as primary point of contact for Program Management and Leadership, as well as supply chain support focal.

  • Must have in-depth knowledge of supply chain support for a Program, understand new business strategy, Knowledge of the proposals in work and executed contracts with customers, knowledge of the types of work scopes the supply chain is managing for a particular program for Spares, Repairs, Kitting, MRO, Training, Support Equipment, PQDRs, and Services.

  • Knowledge of PBL (Performance Based Logistics) aka Outcome Based vs. Transactional requirements vs. Material Management.

  • Knowledge of critical/priority parts for the customer.

  • Maintain network of supply chain and other functional representatives supporting the program.

  • Understand program operating rhythm. Knowledge of the overall supply chain process for all work scopes.

  • Knowledge of the processes, systems, and workflows that are used to manage program requirements.

  • Will serve as Supply Chain focal for Program Management.

  • Provides supply chain knowledge and expertise to program management for successful campaigns and execution.

  • Provide supply chain input for strategy and proposals.

  • Ensure PPOA inputs have been vetted throughout supply chain and provided to program.

  • Provide supply chain performance data.

  • Ensure program priorities are managed within the supply chain.

  • Attend program meetings according to operating rhythm.

  • Request Help Needed from Program.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills

  • 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

  • 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions

  • 5+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Management

  • Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Strong leadership, partnering, and organizational change skills; Program and Project management best practices and operational discipline

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $121,550.00 - $164,450.00
