The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking Senior Supplier Program Manager, working out of the Everett, Washington office.
This position will report to the Vice President of BCA Propulsion leading category-level deliverables associated with product development, strategic sourcing, and make/buy deliverables. The position will work across multiple organizations to develop and execute integrated organizational plans, the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees and mid-level managers performing activities related to supplier program management throughout all contract phases.
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.
Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
5+ years of experience in managing and leading teams, as well as influencing within matrixed organizations
5+ years of experience leading or managing projects, teams, vendors in a factory/manufacturing environment
Able and willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
Experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry
Experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience leading or managing process improvement projects
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
