About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Supervisory Control Representative.


In this role, you will:

  • Support overall effectiveness of team; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving electronic communications or implementing processes and tools for compliance, supervision, and control reviews

  • Perform complex tasks such as verifying communications meet policy requirements and validating findings from email reviewers

  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedure to less experienced staff

  • Interact with Supervisory Control teams and management on escalation items

  • Review complex electronic communications on a daily basis

  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement within parameters of role while developing the knowledge and understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Conduct compliance, supervision, and control reviews


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Supervisory Control experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training or education

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Quality Control/Assurance, Audit, Content Moderation or related functions

  • Basic knowledge of FINRA regulations

  • Good communication skills


Job Expectations:

  • Willing to work onsite (BGC office)

  • Willing to work US hours
