Our Product Support Program Management Office provides product support expertise and day to day support to Raytheon, U.S. Government (USG) clients as well as various international and domestic programs. In this role you will manage and coordinate the operational aspects and all required logistics support for conferences, trade shows and similar meetings. This role will be ONSITE, located in HUNTSVILLE, AL

What You Will Do

  • Leads a team supporting meetings and events, manages logistics for conferences and trade shows, and serves as liaison between Raytheon and the U.S. Government.

  • Provides decision‑making support, oversees contract execution, resolves project issues, assists with financial analysis, and travels as needed.

  • Review and analyze program financials, providing recommendations to senior program managers on forecasting, manpower planning, and Estimate at Complete (EACs).

  • Travel as required to support off-site meetings and events.

  • Maintain availability to work from the Huntsville, Alabama office as needed, potentially up to five (5) days per week based on customer demand.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 year’s experience.

  • Prior Program/Project Management experience

  • Prior experience utilizing MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Demonstrated supervisory or management experience, with the ability to lead and develop teams.

  • EVMS certification, with practical application of earned value management principles.

  • Strong budget and financial management experience, including tracking and analysis.

  • Proven ability to develop high-quality presentations and executive-level briefings for senior leadership.

  • Experience with CVENT or comparable event management platforms.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to organize, track, and report on complex information.

  • Solid understanding of government policies and regulations related to meetings and events (e.g., FAR).

  • Knowledge of project management principles, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Experience with scheduling, cost control systems, and work breakdown structures (WBS).

  • Experience identifying, assessing, and managing risks and opportunities.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
