We are seeking a Senior Logistics Supervisor for the Merrimack Material Center (MMC) facility at Collins Aerospace in Merrimack, NH. This role will lead a team of logistics and operations employees to support the execution of production performed at the MMC for Air Traffic Systems program portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Production Control, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Government Property Control, as well as Shipping and Receiving departments. A key focus of this role is to always maintain AS9100 audit-readiness and will also act as our ERP subject matter expect.

This position will work onsite at our Merrimack, NH facility. This position is NOT eligible for relocation assistance.

This position will have the option to move to a 9/80 schedule after initial training is completed.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee Production Control, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Government Property Control, as well as Shipping and Receiving departments.
  • Maintain and report monthly operations and logistics KPIs, ensuring performance remains above acceptable thresholds.
  • Ensure AS9100 compliance is maintained and adhered to at every functional level to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
  • Oversee execution of all direct reports
  • Collaborate closely with functional managers in disciplines such as Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Facilities to ensure contract and process requirements are met.
  • Oversee and support PRISM (PRISM SME) system operations in a production and warehouse environment.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • Experience in a logistics or warehouse environment
  • Must have proficiency in SAP, specifically in production control and warehouse management roles.
  • Strong understanding of MRP and operational metrics generation and analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
  • Experience with EXIM and logistics processes.
  • Experience with SAP Property System.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience managing direct reports
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting logistics in a manufacturing environment

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
