What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Supervisor, Compliance, to effectively maintain compliance frameworks, provide advice on compliance assessments, and coordinate with the Group level to track and implement changes related to laws and regulations.
What are we expecting from this role?
Assist in creating and maintaining compliance-related SOPs and guidelines aligned with Group standards and local regulations
Conduct assurance reviews to ensure compliance processes are followed
Track and implement changes in laws and regulations impacting the organization
On-going compliance advisory, review and approval on products/services, processes, key business projects and initiatives, including SOP.
On-going engagement with stakeholders to deliver the Annual Compliance Plan.
Implement and oversee compliance frameworks by investigating misconduct and ensuring appropriate disciplinary or mitigation actions are taken.
Coordinate with Group Compliance, Group Financial Crime, Group Conduct, Group Assurance Review to ensure the appropriate compliance process is implemented, and Compliance related concern has been consulted.
Conducts other tasks as assigned by the Department/Function Head.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Law or related fields
At least 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or legal within financial services or insurance sectors
Good attention to detail, critical thinking and time management skills for assurance and processes review
Able to communicate and write in both English and Khmer
